Warning: Account Deletion is Permanent
Once your account is deleted, your profile, vehicles, service history, and all personal data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Before proceeding, consider logging in to the app and downloading any service records you need.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

🗑 Permanently Deleted

  • Your profile (name, email, phone number)
  • Your role and account settings
  • All registered vehicles
  • Linked insurance policy information
  • Your notification history
  • Profile photo and bio
  • Service pricing configurations (providers)
  • Authentication credentials and sessions

⏳ Temporarily Retained

  • Anonymised job records (up to 90 days) for platform safety and quality reporting
  • Transaction logs required by legal or regulatory obligations
  • Data that is part of an ongoing dispute or investigation
All retained data is anonymised and cannot be linked back to you after account deletion.
Deletion Processing Timeline

Immediate (0–24 hours)Your login credentials are revoked. You can no longer sign in to the app.

Within 72 hoursYour personal profile, vehicle data, insurance information, and notification records are permanently deleted from our primary database.

Within 90 daysAny remaining anonymised service records are purged from all backup systems and secondary storage.

You can also delete your account instantly from within the ROADASSIST+ app. Open the app, navigate to your User Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This will immediately begin the deletion process without needing to submit this form.
